Olivier graduated from Intec and started his career at CGIS (real estate subsidiary of Generale des Eaux Company) in 1992. He first worked in the finance department, in charge of monitoring business plans and the consolidation of 80 owners’ property real estate companies.
Olivier was subsequently appointed CFO of the service/investment department and finally took charge of the asset management division overlooking €2.5 billion of assets on behalf of international institutional investors. In 2006, Olivier joined Atemi, which would later become part of FREO Group, to run the asset management division with €2.7 billion of assets and investment/divestment business.
He is also president of FREO Immo, a subsidiary of FREO dedicated to the management of OPCI, real estate mutual funds approved & regulated by “AMF” (Autorité des Marches Financiers).
