After acquiring the protected 1960s buildings in 2007, FREO maximed the potential of the site by redeveloping an existing protected tower building and building a brand new office and retail development on Kurfuerstendamm, leading to a total of 16,600 sqm of retail and office area. Further, FREO repositioned the building as a prime asset by securing luxury retail tenants, an Audi showroom and a diversified office tenants mix.

The buildings were sold in 2013 to a German institutional fund.
