Kudamm 26a is a retail and office building located in a prime shopping and business district on glamorous Kurfuerstendamm in Berlin. The property, which is situated next to Berlin‘s first Apple store, was acquired by FREO in 2005 from a distressed vendor in an off-market transaction. At that time the building suffered from vacancy and technical obsolescence. FREO undertook a comprehensive refurbishment that yielded additional rentable space and leased the vacant space to quality tenants under long-term lease agreements.
Kudamm 26a was sold in 2007 to a private individual.
