OKAM Italy established the Italian branch of the well-known European developer and leader in the Polish real estate market. The company announces its entry into the Italian market with the completion of the acquisition of a portfolio of several properties between Milan and Rome.

Following a competitive process, Groupe Freo, in partnership with Indosuez Wealth Management and Elevation Capital Partners, acting on behalf of private investors, has acquired the upmarket residential complex at 51 rue de Monceau, in the 8th arrondissement of Paris.

In January 2025, Groupe Partouche, one of France’s leading entertainment groups, acquired a building in the 17th arrondissement of Paris from the Freo Group and its partner Veld Capital to establish its future head office and its new temple of gambling in Paris.
