Following a competitive process, Groupe Freo, in partnership with Indosuez Wealth Management and Elevation Capital Partners, acting on behalf of private investors, has acquired the upmarket residential complex at 51 rue de Monceau, in the 8th arrondissement of Paris. This is the last freehold residential development with private access to the Parc Monceau. Signed with a private investor, this property has a total surface area of 1,800 m².

The complex comprises a town house at the end of a courtyard with private access to Parc Monceau, one of the capital’s most prestigious parks, and around ten flats of various sizes overlooking the inner courtyard and Rue de Monceau. The complex will be the subject of a programme of works designed to restore the mansion to its former glory.

This acquisition, partly financed by a loan from Banque Populaire Rives de Paris, will enable Freo Group to continue investing in residential property: “We are delighted to be able to develop our expertise in a new Parisian asset with investor partners who share our vision. We are pursuing our diversification strategy in the residential sector and have great ambitions for this asset,” says Romain Frémont, Chairman of Freo France.
