T11 (Taunusanlage 11) is an office tower prominently located in the heart of Frankfurt’s banking district, right across the street from Deutsche Bank’s twin towers. After successfully welcoming a new anchor office tenant and achieving a pre-leasing ratio of 82%, FREO conducted a full core-refurbishment of the building, creating a modern, state-of-the-art office tower.
T11 was sold in 2014 to a German institutional fund.
